At Kedmas Arts, we take pride in providing high-quality custom digital artwork and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
1.1 Digital Products
Since our products are custom-made digital artworks, refunds are generally not available after the artwork preview has been approved by the customer.
1.2 Physical Products
Refunds for physical prints are available under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during shipping.
There is a defect in the print quality.
The item delivered does not match the order specifications.
To qualify for a refund:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide photographic evidence of the issue.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Reporting an Issue
Contact us at support@kedmasarts.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include the following:
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Photographic evidence (if applicable).
2.2 Resolution Timeline
We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The artwork preview was approved, and the customer later changed their mind.
The product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, or alterations made after delivery.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Revisions Policy
If you are not satisfied with the initial artwork preview:
We offer up to 2 free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Additional revisions may incur a fee, depending on the complexity of the changes.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 12 hours, cancellations is not possible because work has already begun.
6. Return of Physical Items
If a physical item needs to be returned:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
